Every ledger row follows the same rating rubric.

Evidence scores (1–5) weigh: human trials over animal models, trained subjects over untrained, independent replication over single labs, and performance endpoints over biomarkers.

Every row lists what would change its score — the study that doesn't exist yet.

Research-only compounds are covered as research journalism: what studies show, in which models, with which limits. No usage instructions, ever.

Competing athletes: WADA prohibited-list status is stated on every compound row and updated when the list moves.
