Momentous is the fourth brand in this series by US search demand, about 21,000 searches a month for its creatine. It is also the only one to have moved away from Creapure and said so on its own product page. That switch, and what replaced it, is the thread through everything below.
This analysis reads what Momentous publishes (its labels, its store and its claims) against NSF's register and the literature. It does not test the product, and it places no brand above or below another.
Five formats, one creatine
The store listed these creatine products on 2026-09-30:

There is also a collagen-plus-creatine bundle. The flavoured packets weigh 6.49 g on NSF's listing against the unflavoured 5 g scoop, and the extra 1.5 g or so is flavouring and sweetener.
The Creapure switch
The store's own FAQ asks the question and answers it:
"Is Momentous Creatine made with Creapure®? Momentous no longer sources creatine from Creapure®. Our new Signature Spec Creatine is made in a pharmaceutical facility to our elite specification…"
What the page says about the replacement: water-washed with reverse-osmosis water, made in an ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified pharmaceutical facility, micronized to at least 200 mesh, "sourced from" global creatine production. What it does not say: the manufacturer, the facility or the country of origin. Creapure was a named, single-origin German monohydrate, so a buyer could look up who made it. "Signature Spec" is a brand name for a specification that has not been published. What Creapure is and how its sourcing claims work is on Creapure, explained. ISO 9001 and 14001 are quality-management and environmental-management standards for a facility; neither tests the powder in the tub.
What NSF's register shows
NSF's Certified for Sport register (read 2026-09-30) lists seven Momentous creatine products:

Two listings for the same unflavoured 450 g powder, one covering all lots and one listing 24 lot numbers, is consistent with a product that changed. The register does not say why. As on the other brand pages in this series, NSF certification is recorded lot by lot where the register names lots, so a buyer can match the number on a tub against the register. What the mark checks is set out in NSF's own description of it, and the other brands' register records are gathered on creatine brands.
The one Momentous creatine label in the NIH database (entered 2025-03-25) also carries an Informed Sport mark. The 2026 product page does not mention Informed Sport. Informed Sport's own search page refused automated access from this machine on 2026-09-30, so its current listing is not verified here, and this page makes no claim about it either way.
What a gram costs, by format
Listed prices on livemomentous.com, 2026-09-30, before subscription discounts (the store showed 25% off on subscription):

Taking 5 g of creatine as chews costs about 3.5 times as much as the same 5 g as unflavoured powder, and it brings 50 calories and 5 g of sugar with it (NSF: 10 kcal and 1 g sugar per tablet). The format trade-offs are on creatine gummies and creatine pills vs powder. The per-gram figure for the flavoured powders is left out because the pages read did not state the creatine content of their scoops in grams.
The store's claims, set against the evidence

What the label and the page leave out
- Who makes the creatine, and where. Nothing on the page names the manufacturer or the country since Creapure was dropped.
- The specification itself. "Signature Spec" and "elite specification" are names; the purity, creatinine, dicyandiamide and heavy-metal limits behind them are not published.
- Test results. No certificate of analysis or laboratory report is linked, for NSF's testing or for the additional screens.
- The flavoured serving in grams of creatine. The listings give packet weights, not creatine content.
The checkable summary
- Creatine form: creatine monohydrate, micronized; no longer Creapure, per the brand.
- Serving: 5 g scoop (unflavoured), 1 g per chew.
- Certification: NSF Certified for Sport, 7 listings, two with named lots (24 and 10).
- Cost: $0.096 per gram as unflavoured powder; $0.33–$0.60 per gram as chews (list prices, 2026-09-30).
- Unpublished: manufacturer, origin, the specification's numbers, test results.
- One store claim contradicts the stability data: the 30-minute loss.
Limits of this analysis
Prices are the store's listed prices on one date and change with promotions and subscriptions; the 90-serving jar was out of stock when read. NSF's register reflects listings on the day it was read and can change without notice. The label database holds one Momentous creatine label, from 2025, and may lag the product in shops. This page did not buy, open or test any Momentous product, and it relies entirely on what the brand, NSF and the NIH database publish.
